University Police

The University Police Department is a duly authorized law enforcement agency. The mission of the department is to protect life and property on campus. The department provides professional service to the university community through diligent crime prevention, disaster preparedness, law enforcement and campus-oriented problem solving. All University Police officers are fully trained California state peace officers with law enforcement authority throughout the state of California. The University Police Department operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and can be reached by dialing on-campus x911 or (909) 537-5165 for non-emergency requests.

Requests for evening escort service may be made from an on-campus phone at x75165 or from a cell phone at (909) 537-5165.

Parking Services

The Parking Services department maintains two information centers – one at  University Parkway and the other at Coyote Drive – where information regarding parking and special events is available. Parking officers provide services such as battery jumps and vehicle unlocks, as well as providing parking and general campus information. In addition to enforcing the campus parking regulations, officers patrolling the lots report criminal and suspicious activity to the University Police Department.

Parking Permits

Daily parking permits may be purchased at several parking lot entrance locations. Please refer to the campus map for specific locations of parking permit dispensers

Quarterly parking permits are also available for purchase from Parking Services.
