Estimated Housing Costs

Housing: On-Campus

Living in the residence halls at least for the first year at Cal State San Bernardino is a rewarding experience. You will be able to live and interact with American students, learn to adjust to the patterns of American life and culture, improve your English conversational skills and make life-long connections with people from all over the world. See the Office of Housing and Residential Life for more information, housing costs, and a housing application.

Housing: Off-Campus

Apartments range from $800 (one bedroom) to $1,000 (two bedroom) per month. Students who wish to save or share on their expenses can share apartments. Several apartments are located within walking distance of the campus. The International Center will assist you in locating roommates and off-campus housing. Visit the International Center Web site.
