Housing: On-Campus
The Villages at CSUSB offer on-campus housing for students in three residential environments: Serrano Village, Arrowhead Village and University Village. See the Office of Housing and Residential Life for more information, housing costs, and a housing application.
Housing: Off-Campus
Apartments range from $800 (one bedroom) to $1,000 (two bedroom) per month.
Meal Plan Options
Serrano Village residents are required to purchase a meal plan; however, other student can purchase a meal plan as well. This price is not included in the housing rates. Different plans are available. Contact Dining Services for information at (909) 537-7159.
The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun. All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees.
