I have gone to CSUMentor and it will not allow me to apply for the quarter that I want. What do I do now?

Make sure you have selected the correct academic year on your application. Applications will only be available on csumentor after the first accepted date and they will not be available after the second week of class.

If you are still having trouble logging into your csumentor account, visit CSUMentor's support Web page.

I cannot enter the courses that I took on the application because they are not recognized by the system. The application will not allow me to move on. What can I do?

Try to be less specific. Do not use the entire proper title of your course; use keywords or phrases instead. For example, try English literature instead of Elizabethan Cultural Contemporary Literature. We will know what course you took when we receive your transcripts.

I do not remember all of the courses I took to satisfy admission requirements. How can I continue with the online application?

If you have do not remember what courses you took and you do not have a copy of your transcripts handy, you may list the courses you do remember and answer the others as not completed. This will allow you to proceed with the application.  Make sure to submit all of your official transcripts to the CSUSB Office of Admissions & Student Recruitment so an evaluator can determine your admission eligibility.
